Fair Play Policy
This Fair Play Policy (“Policy”), which forms part of the Terms and Conditions of Rummy Khiladi (“Platform”), ensures that all games on the Platform are played with fairness, integrity, skill, and good sportsmanship. It sets out the standards of conduct expected from every user (“Users” or “You”) and describes the measures we have put in place to maintain a safe and transparent environment.GamesPro India Private Limited (“Rummy Khiladi,” “We,” or “Our”) reserves the right to take necessary actions, at its sole discretion, to enforce this Policy. By registering and playing on the Platform, Users agree to follow these rules at all times.
Fair Play Violations
A Fair Play Violation refers to any activity that undermines the fairness or integrity of the game, including but not limited to:
(i) Using unfair means to manipulate the outcome of a game.
(ii) Engaging in fraudulent, illegal, or deceptive activity.
(iii) Colluding with other players to achieve an unfair advantage.
(iv) Using unauthorized software, bots, cheats, or exploits.
(v)Engaging in conduct prohibited under this Policy.
Any User found guilty of a Fair Play Violation may face strict action, including account suspension or permanent termination.
Prohibited Conduct
The following behavior is strictly prohibited on the Platform:
(i)Creating or using multiple accounts to join the same game.
(ii)Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your identity.
(iii) Accessing another User’s account without permission.
(iv) Using third-party tools, bots, or unauthorized assistance during gameplay.
(v) Intentionally disrupting gameplay for unfair advantage.
(vi) Uploading or sharing vulgar, offensive, racist, casteist, or unlawful content.
(vii) Sending spam, abusive, or harassing communication via chat.
(viii) Promoting external services, advertising, or soliciting other players.
(ix) Revealing personal contact information (phone number, email, address) in public chats.
Consequences of Violations
2.1.All games are monitored in real time for fairness.
2.1.2If a User is found violating this Policy, their account may be suspended or permanently terminated.
2.1.3 Users who engage in cheating, collusion, or prohibited conduct may be permanently barred from the Platform.
2.1.4 Rummy Khiladi reserves the right to investigate suspicious accounts and gameplay activity without time limitation.

To maintain fair gameplay, Rummy Khiladi employs:
24x7 monitoring systems and expert teams to detect unusual activity.
Random Number Generator (RNG) technology certified by international testing labs to ensure randomness in shuffling and seating.
Anti-collusion algorithms that automatically detect patterns of unfair play.
Data encryption to prevent unauthorized access to cards or game information.
User Conduct in Communication
All chat and communication on the Platform must remain respectful and game-related. Prohibited forms of communication include:
Use of vulgar, abusive, or racist language.
Religious or caste-based remarks.
Spamming, flooding chat with repeated messages, or causing nuisance.
Promoting third-party products or services.
Sharing malicious or defamatory content about the Platform or other users.
